Our house blend has a thick maltiness true of a proper Assam flavour. It is quite an intense, rich flavour and a dark red-brown colour. We recommend that Assam is brewed strong and drunk with milk.

Breakfast Earl Grey (125g)
This strong Earl Grey blend is much fuller than the more traditional blend and has been developed specifically to take milk. The familiar Bergamont taste still gives the tea its character but with a much richer, more solid flavour making it ideal for breakfast time.

Ceylon BOP is a full flavoured tea. It is cleaner, brighter taste than for example Assam and has none of the smokiness of Chinese teas. It is strong enough to be drunk with milk and holds its flavour well when drunk this way and also when blended with other teas.
